A box truck carries one of the biggest mobile canvases available. Box truck wraps from Prestige Wraps turn that expanse of side and rear panel into clear, memorable branding for delivery, removal and trade operators.
The problem Box Truck Wraps solves
Large panels can look empty or overwhelming. A single logo floating in a sea of white looks unfinished, while overcrowded graphics are hard to read. Box truck wrap design needs scale, hierarchy and restraint to make the space work.
What Box Truck Wraps covers
- Full side, rear and door wraps for box bodies
- Large scale graphics designed for viewing distance
- Layouts that handle rivets, ribs and roller doors
- Cab wraps that match the box body
- Removal of old graphics before a refresh
How the work unfolds
- 01
Measure the body
We take the dimensions of the box and note every rib and fixture.
- 02
Design at scale
Graphics are laid out for large panels and distant viewing.
- 03
Prepare the surface
Panels are cleaned and old graphics are removed if present.
- 04
Install in sections
Large panels are fitted in sections and aligned so patterns continue.
Details worth knowing
On a large body, scale is everything. Text that looks big on screen can be hard to read from the next lane, so lettering is sized for distance. Strong shapes and high contrast colours carry the identity, and fine detail is kept for areas seen up close.
Pattern continuity is the technical challenge. Large panels are installed in multiple sections, and the artwork has to line up across each join. We plan the print layout and alignment so graphics flow across the box as if it were a single sheet.
